RETURNS POLICY

All warranties are the responsibilities of the original manufacturer. Southwest Gerber Knives makes no additional warranty implied or assumed other than those of the original manufactures unless otherwise noted.

Our liberal return policy gives you 30 days from the date of sale to return any product, provided it's new, unused and not damaged. Items that do not meet the above criteria are not to be returned. Southwest Gerber Knives highly recommends the buyer to thoroughly inspect the purchased product before using it and also to make sure the user of the product is familiar with the correct application and proper care.

We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of sale. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless defective, and then only for replacement for an identical item. Please contact us (using our form linked to the top of our website) for your return authorization number, which must accompany the product with receipt by Southwest Gerber Knives. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to: Southwest Gerber Knives products, or the products that are sold by Southwest Gerber Knives which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product, or misuse, negligence, or accident shall not be covered by Southwest Gerber Knives.

SHIPPING POLICY

Southwest Gerber Knives makes it a priority to ship all orders very promptly. It is our policy to ship all items within 24-48 hours of ordering. However, most items are usually shipped the same business day for orders placed before 3PM US MST, paid for with a credit card, without complication, and utilizing UPS shipping methods.

The exception is items that are backordered. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment complications include: inconsistent billing information compared to the information on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

Southwest Gerber Knives currently ships by UPS and FedEx. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard ground service. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping charges are not refundable.
