You can expect a reply within 24Hrs. In some rare cases it can take up to 72Hrs. but most of the time we will reply within 24. Thank you in advance for your patience.
According to a recent Time Magazine article, over 70% of all email sent is deleted at the server by some ISP's. They don't even give you a choice but there are things you can do!
1) Please add: customersupport (at) SouthwestGerberKnives.com (note: replace (at) with the @ symbol) to your address book. This is one of the criteria AOL and some ISPs use to determine which emails to let through. Some emails are deleted at the email server without notice.
2) If your email uses a "safelist," "approved list," or "whitelist" please add our email address above to it. This is what Hotmail and its partners use. You'll find your Hotmail safelist under the "Options" link.
3) If you find that you are not getting our emails, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folder. Some systems "learn to recognize approved senders." If you go through your spam, junkmail, or bulk mail folder, and move email from an approved source to your Inbox, many systems will allow subsequent email from that source through. This is the way Yahoo! Mail works.
On some systems there is a "this is not spam" button or checkbox that you need to use.
4) If we didn't cover how it works on your system, you will need to contact your ISP or read through the online help files if you aren't getting our emails. Technical Support at most ISPs will be happy to tell you how to ensure you receive email that you want.
